I arrived at Fort Bliss in early March of this year and was blessed to find this home school group starting a few weeks later.  This is my first year home schooling.  I have a kindergarten boy and a preschool boy.  For this first year our curriculum has focused on phonics and reading skills.  We like to watch the birds and learn about them.  I like to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying the world around us or inside in my kitchen finding fun things to do. I am from Saratoga Springs, NY (Upstate near the Adirondack Mountains) and was part of a wonderful home school group and co-op that helped me get my start.  I am excited to be a part of this new group and all the blessings I'm sure will come.

My name is Tiffany Ray and I am a first year homeschooler. I am also new to the life of a army wife and have been stationed at Ft.Bliss since May of this year.

My background is in Business and Event coordination. I have owned and operated a restaurant  and coordinated many events the past few years.
I have a 13 year old son and have decided to homeschool after attending the Homeschool 101 class that was given last month. I look forward to learning and helping in anyway I can. Good luck to all and God bless.

My name is Maritia Blundell. I am first a full-time mom and wife.  Secondly, I have homeschooled for about 14 years. I still consider myself an amateur and never pro.  I hope to encourage you and to inspire you to continue to watch your children learn. We can provide a great platform for success to their future.

Personally, I have a degree in nursing that makes me love people more. My skills in nursing only help me become a part of who I am. My devotion to see my children grow to their potential is my passion.  Do not ask the five I have taught if they like my passion, just believe me when I say: "Pay-Day someday."
